Declaration for Real Estate International Investor

Hello, everyone.

When we file Form 1040NR schedule E, should we do declar to allow us to put expenses there?

I have never heard about this.

So please let me know if someone know this Declaration.

    Would they rather be taxed on Gross Income or Net Income?

    It's an election to treat it as ECI  (Effectively Connected Income)
