DEADLINE 10/16 E-FILE NOT WORKING

I was trying to file last night on deadline 10/16 and it was giving error to contact support. Now I have 3 returns that are late. Is there a problem with your services.

There is a lesson to be learned there - bad things happen when clients push you to filing returns on the 12th hour.
