Critical Diagnostic will not clear

I have a critical diagnostic (ref # 56844, Form 7203, S Corporation Shareholder Stock and Debt Basis Limitations, must be attached as a PDF for electronic filing purposes.) even though I attached the pdf.   What should I do?

Just do the efile. Sounds like a critical diagnostic that will not clear. It just tells to you to do something, but it ain't smart enough to be able to tell that you did do it. It should e-file just fine.
