Critical Diagnostic - The state of Kentucky requires the nonresident withholding number to be a valid 9 digit account number for electronic filing. What is this?

For an S-Corp in the state of KY.  Can I turn this off or am I missing something?

This just came into being with the new update.  Why would a KY partnership need this account number if there are NO partners who live outside of Kentucky?  Lacerte, can you expound on this why you made this change?
