Could someone help explain how to bypass this critical error for Arizona state locality name? I have entered the locality name 'Pima" in the error still wont clear, I have also used the locality name missing solution found in the community by entering a-1 . it wont clear. Could i get some more suggestions please, i dont want this return

Do you have a withholding on W2 #3 for a locality tax?
