Creating a new return with 2022 data

Client filed 2023 return elsewhere. Now there are returning. Can I create a 2024 tax return importing 2022 data?

    You can't jump years but I assume you can roll 2022 into 2023 and then 2023 into 2024.

      Doing 2023 also gives you a chance to catch mistakes in the 2023 done by the "other"  and offer an amended return to show how super you are.

      Yes! requesting 2023 return from client now.

        I can see in PDF that the last time I filed a tax return for these taxpayers was 2020. I haven't used anything besides PTO. But when I look back at my PTO for 2020 and before, I cannot find this taxpayer at all. Not for any prior years that I can see copies I prepared and submitted. They seem to be gone. 

        Any idea what could have happened and where I can find them.
