converting files from proconnect to lacerte

I am converting files from proconnect to lacerte, customer service is closed, has anyone done this process?

    It can be done, but not by the usual method. You must get in touch with Lacerte Support to do the process. Contact Support tomorrow by phone 1-800-933-9999

    I don't believe that can be done.  I think once you go to ProConnect Intuit has determined that nobody will ever leave.
