Question

Client has a 1095-A reflecting Insurance through September. Client joined a group plan in October and has a 1095-C. How can a premium credit repayment be avoided?

the 1095-C confirms coverage for the entire year, but 1095-A only though part of the year seems to be causing a credit repayment-

Only having it part of the year would not create a repayment.  Why do you think that is causing it?

The amount of Advance credit he received is just higher than what he qualifies for (based on his income and family size).
