Child Tax Credit Worksheet

Does anyone know why the Child Tax Credit Worksheet is not showing up in a tax return?  The dependents are shown as eligible for the credit on page 1 of the 1040.  My client is not eligible for the credit due to income, but I would like to be able to show him this worksheet so that he understands.
