Does anyone know when the child tax credit will be updated for 2020 based on the heroes act?

1) The Heroes Act has not passed.

2) The new stimulus package has not passed.

3) The last I checked, the proposed stimulus package would change the Child Tax Credit for 2021, not 2020.
