Change in shareholder ownership mid-year 1120s
Hello all,
I'm having a hard time getting ProConnect to property allocate the following change in shareholder ownership for a 1120s: From 1/1/2025 through 9/30/2025 there were 2 shareholders at 50% each. Then from 10/1/2025 through 12/31/2025, there was 1 shareholder at 100% because the second shareholder sold their shares. How/where do I indicate this change in ProConnect?
