Change a PTIN on tax return to a different preparer

Hello,

We are new to Pro Connect, and all of the returns have generated a singular PTIN and tax preparer for almost 200 return.  If a different tax preparer with a PTIN prepares the return and wants their PTIN to show on the return, how do we change the PTIN and preparer name to show who actually prepared the tax return?

Don't confuse EFIN with PTIN. Every return will have your EFIN, but each return should have the PTIN of the person preparing. I hope this article will help you get that set up.
