Casualty Loss form 4684

I am electing to report a hurricane casualty loss that happened in 2024 in 2023 by filing an 1040-X for 2023.  My problem is when preparing the form 4684 in 2023, the software will not accept the federally declared disaster number for 2024 disasters.  How do I the software to accept the correct DR number?
