Cannot get the error message disappear. Tried to attach pdf file for Form 1116, says it is attached but the Error message is still there. How to pass this error?

Tried several times to delete and re-attach Form 116 Foreign Tax Reconciliation pdf file. Error message still appears. Program cannot load input screen, have used the Input scree for email/misc but not luck. What am I missing? IRS has rejected the file.

What error message?

If it's buttons, refresh, etc. not working properly, here's what you should do:

1. Delete browser cache, cookies, and history; and

2. Restart PC.

If ProConnect Tax still doesn't function properly, try another browser (but make sure you also clear the cache, cookies, and history) and/or PC.

99% of the time, these steps will take care of the problem.
