Can you issue a refund for $54.95? I purchased 1 business filing and didn't realize I have to have an EFIN to actually submit the return. We are a small non-profit and are trying to submit our own returns. Our customer number is , Kenya. Please let me know if you can issue a refund?

Only customer support can do that.
