Can Virginia be filed if client had unemployment?
Taxpayer had reduction of unemployment comp on federal return. Virginia starts with the federal AGI so this amount needs to be added back in. They will then later subtract ALL of the unemployment from the VA AGI. This doesn't seem to be working properly. Has it been fixed?
