Can the underpayment penalty on the ProConnect planner be adjusted? If yes, how?

I don't see an option to overwrite the automatically calculated value in the ProConnect planner.

I believe it uses the prior year information to create the 2210 computation. I see no way to adjust it's automatic computation.
