Can't print a copy of the return
I am trying to print to PDF a copy of a 1065 and get the following message "We ran into an issue on our end and need to reload your data. Refresh to try again." Tried all the standard stuff. Log out, clear cache, use incognito window. Support was no help at all. In fact I think they don't even understand. They were trying to tell me that an efiling diagnostic was preventing printing a copy, which I know is not true. The diagnostic is just requiring the signature date.
Any ideas? This is happening on a least 2 1065s, but I was able to print to PDF another 1065.
