Can't find 2 CPE credits on PTIN account, Circular 230 the guide to ethical record starndards

I took Circular 230 the guide to ethical record starndards class on 12/20/2022.

I even downloaded the certificate but I don't see it on PTIN account.

Where can I contact and get the CPE credits?

I need email address or phone number of Intuit costomer service.

Did anybody have same issue and get solved?

They have ten business days to report it to the IRS. Give it another week or two.

If Intuit can't upload CPE credits by this year but early of next year, does IRS allow this credits?

While I'm not 100% certain, I've always thought the CE credits are given for the year when you took the class. When the CE provider submits it to the IRS, the date you completed the class/CE is reported as part of that information. So just because it isn't reported to the IRS until next year should not change things.
