Can't export the tax return as PDF

Hi everyone!

I finished a project for my university but I am unable to export it as a pdf file. I tried different browsers, restarted my computer, cleared the cache ... nothing worked. Does anyone know how to fix this or how to contact the support for the education version of ProConnect?

    You need to START by registering at the Education site https://www.intuit.com/solutions/education/resources/proconnect/student-registration-form/

    You likely registered as a person off the street, NOT as a student.
