Have you ensured nothing is selected? For example, checkbox saying form 8990 isn't required or "other forms". Let us know if you're able to clear it.

THE MESSAGE SAYS: Form 8990: Form 1120S, Schedule B, question 10 is checked "No," indicating that Form 8990 is not required. However, Form 8990 has been generated with this return. If Form 8990 is required, review the entries in the "Other Information (Schedule B)" screen and make the appropriate entries.
