Can I transfer my efin from Lacerte to Proconnect tax online?

Log onto https://ito.intuit.com/login/#/signin and look at the gear in the upper right > Your Firm > Firm Information and see if it has migrated.

Your EFIN Verification documentation sent to Intuit is approved for your corresponding Customer Account Number to allow for efile.  Are both products placed under the same Customer Account number?
