Can I get the EFILE rejection codes in the software?

Use Google "efile rejection code ...." or post the code here and maybe someone can help.

They're asking where in ProConnect they can find the reject code applicable to their rejected return, so they can enter it on the "this is why I'm filing on paper" form. I know how to find it in Lacerte, but not in ProConnect.
