Can I file a 1040NR with ProConnect

I do not see that I have access to file a 1040NR for a client.

OpenAI says there is a desktop version of ProConnect and an online version, and I need the online version for the 1040NR access. This is the first I have heard of an "Online" version, I have been using my version for a few years.

ProConnect is and always has been online only.

That is what I thought as well. Do you know why I cannot access a Form 1040NR? I have an email in to support, but nothing back from them yet.

FYI - In this community use Community > Product Help > ProConnect Tax > Use something simple like "1040NR" in the search box > It will list All, click Articles and you will likely get help quicker than calls.
