Can I e-file if receiving an e-filed error regarding Form 4868. Have e-file history for the extension with date/time acceptance. How do I rectify in the program?

Also have the confirmation number, received by Intuit, received and accepted by the Agency

My guess is Go to Profile and remove the check mark under SELECT FOR E-FILE > EXTENSIONS > Federal Extension.
