Question

Can I create a return for my firm's books using the Prep for Taxes feature in QuickBooks Online Accountant? At this time, you can't use Prep for Taxes for your firm's books.

Can I create a return for my firm's books using the Prep for Taxes feature in QuickBooks Online Accountant?

At this time, you can't use Prep for Taxes for your firm's books.

What workaround do you have for this stupid limitation? Does this mean I have to manually input data for my own return?

Hi @terryupward great to see you in the Community and thanks for posting your first questions.

We have checked on this and at this time you can't use Prep for Taxes for your firm's books. We recommend reaching out to support to see if there may be any workarounds or alternative suggestions, or if this would need to be entered manually.
