Can I convert/transfer an 1120 to 1120S?

My client thought her business was a C-Corp but its really an S-Corp per IRS records. I've finished the 1120 now need to make it an 1120S. Can I convert it in Proconnect Online?

Lacerte makes that process very easy, but I do not believe PTO has that as a standard feature. If you contact support, they can probably make it happen, but no guarantees. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-contact-proconnect-tax-online-for-help/00/4668
