Can I convert a ProConnect client to Lacerte Tax?

How do I backup a ProConnect client for conversion to Lacerte?

You need to contact support to do this. It is a trade secret that they do not seem to want to share.

    BEWARE:  When I called Intuit to do this, they said it takes 4-5 WEEKS to backup the data in ProConnect.  Anyone that is contemplating switching from ProConnect to Lacerte, it somehow takes this long.  Who knows what they could possibly be doing for 4-5 WEEKS!
