Can I cancel my preorder of tax returns before it is billed and paid?

I will be working in a different firm and will be using their software. Now I will not be using Pro Connect for 2020 tax returns.

You should be able to, AFAIK, but you need to call Intuit Sales and speak with them directly to cancel the pre-order.
