Can i attach a pdf to an amended federal return

I am amending a federal return and want to attach pdf to that file. How do I make sure the pdf are attached?

You would attach in exactly the same way as with the original return. The complete return is sent with the amended, so that pdf would go with it, if it would have been sent with the original.

Curious George would like to know what this attachment is.
