Can anyone tell me the configuration setting for:Required extended attribute 'eroPhone' is missing.Please verify that your application program is up-to-date.
The error is occurring on proconnect tax online during e-filing a 1041 extension. I found a similar post that shows solved but the responding solution was basically "I don't know" I have checked my phone number and edited and replaced it, and I've enrolled in pay-by-refund even though I do not plan to use it, with no change to the error result.
