California Form 3840 needs an amended date. The original exchange was in 2017. How do I access the input form?
The 2021 California return was rejected for an incorrect date. The date of acquisition for the exchanged property (exchanged in 2017) was in 2005, however the date showing up on Form 3840 is 20/04/8020! Don't know why, because there was no problem filing in 2020. But I need to change the date now so the the 2021 return will e-file. I'm not finding any way to access an input form that will allow me to change the date to the correct one. Any ideas?
