2018 California Earned Income Tax Credit. Program is allowing California EITC for any age. California Earned Income Tax Credit is for age 25 to 65. Federal part of 2018 program IS recognizing age limits.

California changed the law surrounding EITC this year.

Individuals over the age of 18 are now eligible for the EITC Credit.
