CA Health Insurance Penalty
Hello,
I have a client who is a CA resident, she lives with her son and is head of household. The father doesn't live with them but pays for the son's health insurance through his employer insurance. My client is on the Marketplace. The system is charging me a penalty for CA because it is saying that the son is not being covered because he is not on my client's marketplace plan. Is there a way to override this in the system?
