Bonus not allowed on Sch C

I have a Sch C that purchased a new vehicle in December 2025. No matter what I do I cannot get the program to take 100% bonus its only doing 40%. Even if I type the full amount in the override box. has anyone else had this issue?

What is the business use percent?
