Balance due payment date is being disregarded
Has anyone else put in an override date for payment of a balance due by Direct debit only to have the system print out on the final return that it will be made on April 15th? I've confirmed, my date is still entered. I have no idea if I can assure my client to expect the payment to come out around the expected date or not.
