Attachment for form 1116
Do I need to attach the tax payer's foreign income tax return (in the foreign language) to substantiate the entries in form 1116?
After I send out the e-file authorization request, but before I e-file the tax return, can I still attach the supporting doc to the tax return as part of the e-filing process?
