Happy deadline week to our tax experts who have done amazing work this year helping clients!! So many legislations and disruptions to navigate this year - kudos to all our awesome tax experts delivering another great season!! Who has vacation planned for this summer??

    I have a question -- I have a return I am trying to e-file that will not go through, but I'm not getting an error message or any reason why it isn't transmitting. Everything else is going through except for this one client file.

    Are you guys aware that "myaccount" seems to be down?  Well, except for the billing (!) part.  I'm trying to verify an extension efile that's hung up.

    I tried from within the program, and directly using two different browsers.  It *still* could be PEBCAK tho 😂
