Arizona Non-Resident Return AZ140-NR

We are trying to create an Arizona non-resident return but we keep getting form 140 (resident).

    What is resident state? 

    Do you have both states in the Profile?

    At the top of Details is Resident State as of 12/31 that should NOT be AZ. Additionally pay attention to the two check boxes right under that.
