Anyone Else Having Trouble Getting E-Signatures on Form 8879?
I am trying to obtain client signatures on Form 8879 using DocuSign in Proconnect Tax Online. But when I try to do so, I get the following message:
- Filename contains invalid characters. Only the following characters are supported: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, !@#$%^&*.-_|. Please update filename and try again.
I have never encountered this issue before. Anyone else having this problem? Seems like a software glitch.
