Anyone else experience ERO error after EFIN approved? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

Hello. Receiving ERO registration error when e-filing return. EFIN registration complete and approved for firm. Anyone else experience this issue? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

Hi @Audrey Heffner , please go to Settings ---> Firm Information.  Please make sure that the address showing on the left-hand section matches your EFIN registration.  If you continue to have issues, please contact ProConnect Support as EFIN registration is not something we can troubleshoot through communities as it is unique to your program and the settings.
