Amending Virginia tax return

Some changes made that only changed VA taxes, how can I just amend VA taxes. ProConnect does not give me an option to just amend VA and not Federal.

Profile > add check mark for VA "Select for E-File" if you want to efile this amendment

Miscellaneous Forms > Amended Return (1040-X) > General information > Enter 1= amending state return and Year to amend 

Click the Explanation of Changes TAB to enter the wording for the Virginia Amended
