Add Preparer Notes to 1040 Tax Return in Proconnect

How can I add preparer notes that are E-Filed with the tax return in ProConnect?  I want to provide further explanation for a specific area, specifically for the home office large percentage being claimed, and can not find a place to add preparer notes that are filed with the individual tax return.

I remember I asked the same question to the support, and the answer is that there is no preparer note filed. There are two things you can do:

(a) Some field allows you to put in short description, for example, other income;
(b) you can attach a PDF file under "e-file PDF/Miscellaneous" and associated with a particular form or the main form 1040 other.

How can you add notes in a return that are not going to be filed.
