Accessing training videos and material
Every single time I click on a link for training I am sent to a new tab (which is perfectly fine), but then I have to "sign in" again. I have signed in so many dang times and not been able to view any of the trainings for Proconnect Tax. I am at my wit's end trying to figure out how to get to some of the training material. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
