I am trying to efile a 990EZ.  The conversion message says I need to update.  I have updated 3 times and still get the same message.  I get no errors on error check.  CA return transmitted.  Help!  It would be nice if I could at least chat with a support tech.

Based on your vocabulary, I think you posted under the wrong product. My guess is you are using ProSeries Maybe https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax-discussions/discussion/i-am-trying-to-efile-but-i-get-an-error-that-the-software-is-not/00/68995 will help
