2024 Form 1120 Shc. K (Other Information) Line 7
Hello All,
Kindly can you assist:
A C Corp owned by a Foreigner (100%) had no reportable transactions for the purposes of Form 5472.
So, on Line 7 of 2024 Form 1120 Schedule K (Other Info.), I have included the "100%" ownership and Owner Country information on 7a) and 7b) respectively.
Question: For Line 7c, do I enter "0" (zero) regarding the number of Form 5272 attached, since there was no reportable transaction between the C Corp and Foreign Owner?
