Question

2021 PA Schedule SP (special tax forgiveness) is generated for Non-resident. How to fix/suppress this?

Form PA-40 line 19a should show code 0 and no tax forgiveness, however it is currently shows code 01 and calculated tax forgiveness schedule for nonresidents.
How to fix this?

Hey @LoveTax. Can you provide a screenshot? I want to make sure I understand: code 01 is populating as the default in line 19a on Form PA-40 instead of code 0?
