1120-S Dissolution - How to zero out Corp Stk, i.e. return of capital, yes?
Hello All. I am filing a final 1120-S return. Both 1120-S and Sch-K are marked final; form 966 is completed (and will be mailed). Balance Sheet is zero. However, Sch M-2 and 7203 are left with an ending balance = to the Corp Stock. How and where do I enter the dissolution of the stock (i.e. return of capital) such that 7203 and Sch M-2 = $0.00? Help please?
