I am trying to double click to get the student name on the 1098 T and I am unable to

Are you sure you posted for the proper program?

1. ProSeries uses double click - ProConnect Tax uses single.

2. ProSeries has selections for forms - ProConnect Tax does not at least not 1098-T.
