Lacerte 2022 Individual - US-4720 shows up (grayed out) in State box between US and State. How can I get rid of this?

    I would like some sort of response from Lacerte.

    1. Why does the '4720' show up if it has nothing to do with the type of return we are filing. Better yet, why does it show up at all?

    2. It causes, occasionally, error message when e-filing. A real nuisance, especially when it has nothing to do with the return being filed.
